PAIA & POPIA
This page explains how to ask Ninety8 Projects (Pty) Ltd for access to records or personal information.
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) allows access to certain records held by a private body when the record is needed to exercise or protect a right. The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) also gives people rights concerning their personal information.
Complete the prescribed PAIA Form 2 and email it to letswork@ninety8projects.co.za with the subject “PAIA Request”. Give your full name, contact details, a clear description of the record, the right you wish to exercise or protect, your preferred form of access, and proof that you may act for another person if relevant.
We may ask for the prescribed request form, proof of identity and any fee allowed by law. We will consider the request within the applicable legal time periods. Access may be refused where PAIA protects privacy, confidential commercial information, safety, legal privilege or other protected interests.
Depending on our activities and legal duties, records may include company and governance records, tax and accounting records, customer and supplier correspondence, quotes, orders, invoices, delivery records, contracts, personnel records, policies and website records.
Ninety8 Projects (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/784588/07, is a private body for PAIA purposes. Junior Machwisa Maduane Maraatsile, Sole Director, is the Information Officer. Requests may also be delivered to 20 Jan Steyl Avenue, Roodewal, Bloemfontein, Free State, 9301, or discussed on 065 887 4301. No Deputy Information Officer has been appointed.
The signed section 51 PAIA Manual contains the full request procedure, current fee guidance, decision periods, refusal grounds, remedies, record categories and Information Regulator details. Version 1.0 took effect on 8 March 2026.
